also happens to be a licensed occupational
therapist. She tailors therapeutic yoga sessions to
meet your needs and goals. The approach is hands
on and the sessions are based on your abilities,
contraindications and responses. Monitoring the
breath, relaxation, and body awareness through the
yoga postures is emphasized. Together you will also
create a home yoga program to promote continued
success and
WELL-BEING!

CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY
CST is a non-invasive, light to moderate touch healing therapy that works with an individuals “inner
physician” to facilitate the release of restrictions within the fascia system due to physical or emotional

REIKI and HEALING TOUCH
Reiki is a Japanese healing and stress-reduction technique that involves the practitioner laying her
hands on the client to promote the movement of KI (Chi) or Life force in the body. This is to increase the
level of Chi in the body and to remove blockages that can lead to illness or disease. For more

This is a very relaxing experience! You simply rest on the table, similar to a massage, and the
practitioner provides a healing session. Typical sessions last 30, 45, or 60 minutes.
