KEVIN CANNOOT  had long held an interest in studying Eastern thought and practices before he began practicing yoga in 2002. He
discovered Hatha yoga to be more than what he had imagined it would be -- a path to inner peace, not just a road to physical wellness.
In
addition to the physical practice of yoga, he soon found another peace-invoking practice -- Yantras. He met Sarah Tomlinson and painted
his first yantra under her guidance in May 2005. Kevin continues this practice in Sarah's workshops and on his own.
Following a two-week
journey to India in April 2007, painting yantras, practicing yoga, visiting sacred sites and running from monkeys, Kevin came home with a
strong desire to share with others the peace and spirit he experienced in India.
His daughters, Gaia and Uma, are radiant lights in Kevin's
life. Kevin has a B.A. from Purdue University and he completed his 200hr Yoga Teacher Training program with Sarah Tomlinson.

THE TEACHING STAFF
STEVE  KROJO  KROJNIEWSKI  began his yoga journey at an early age, as he  would frequently end up at the St. Joseph River just to
listen and be at one with himself. Through many life experiences filled with friends, drumming, and nature, Steve finally found a new road to
travel after taking his first yoga class with local yogi and good friend, Teji Dilley. This experience in 2000 lead to many years of constant yoga
practice. In 2004, after some encouragement from Yogi Teji, Steve enrolled at the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health, and began his 200
hour teacher training. Steve 'Krojo' Krojniewski teaches yoga to many of Notre Dame's athletic teams!

Steve sharing YOGA  with the ND Basketball Team.  “Life is short, so lets play, sing, stretch, and breathe. Create a great day, everyday, and
have peace in your hearts.”
STACEY GOODMAN  was a graduate of Dhanwantari’s first teacher certification class in 2008. She has combined the ancient wisdom
of yoga specifically helping the whole being, with her experience & ‘new knowledge’ from being an occupational therapy provider to the
mat. Her lightheartedness & passion to help others lighten up &  listen to their bodies, helps to make each yoga experience your very own.
BARBARA COLEMAN received her Level I and Level II Hatha Yoga Teacher Certification at the Shambhava School of Yoga in
Boulder, CO.     She deepened her knowledge with  additional certifications in YogaEd, StoryTime Yoga, Anjali Restorative Yoga, and the
ancient practice of Yoga Nidra through the Bihar School of India.   She is also an advanced student of Dr. Richard Miller who developed
Integrative Restoration, iRest.  A practitioner for many years and a teacher for six,  Barbara brings enthusiasm and compassion to her
classes for children and adults.
ESTHER VAN STAM  started with her yoga practice 9 years ago and fell in love with how at the end of her class she would see the
world in a whole new light.  Originally from the Netherlands, Esther studied with several teachers before heading to Rishikesh, India,
where she did a 200 hour-intensive teacher training program for yoga as well as Indian philosophy.   Now settled in South Bend, she is
excited to share her experiences in the Ashtanga primary series inspired class as well as open vinyasa classes.  She believes strongly
that we are all each other’s students and should let our bodies and souls be our wisest teacher.
